Privacy policy.

BF METHOD is a personal training business based in Huntington, NY. This policy explains what personal information this site collects, why, and what control you have over it. Questions go to bfucci24@gmail.com.

1. Information you give directly

The contact form and free consultation form on this site collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, where you provide it
• What you tell us about your training goals, experience, and availability
• How you heard about BF METHOD, where you provide it

Only fill in what you're comfortable sharing. Please don't send detailed medical records through a web form. Those are discussed directly once coaching begins.

2. Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. Those can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or tracking pixels of its own.

3. How the information is used

• To reply to your message or consultation request
• To schedule and deliver coaching, and to keep in touch about your training
• To process payments you choose to make
• To keep basic business records as required by law

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. You won't be added to a marketing list from a contact form submission alone.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are: your consent when you submit a form, performance of a contract once you become a client, and legitimate interests in running and securing the business.

5. Who else processes your data

A small number of service providers handle data on BF METHOD's behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Netlify: website hosting and form submission storage
• Google (Gmail): email correspondence
• Stripe and/or PayPal: payment processing. You enter card details directly on their hosted checkout pages; BF METHOD never receives or stores your full card number.
• Google Fonts: web fonts are loaded from Google's servers when you view this site

Information may also be disclosed where legally required, or where necessary to protect someone's safety.

6. How long it's kept

Form submissions from people who don't become clients are kept up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of coaching plus 7 years, to satisfy tax and insurance requirements. You can ask for earlier deletion of anything not legally required.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so absolute security can't be guaranteed, but access to your information is limited to what's needed to run the business.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information held about you
• Correct information that's inaccurate
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email bfucci24@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days, and you'll never be charged or treated differently for making one.

9. Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them. Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian's consent, given directly rather than through this website.

10. Third-party links

Payment links on the booking pages lead to Stripe or PayPal, and this policy doesn't cover what happens on their sites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the business changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced here.
